Qubi Toys Ltd is a company based in Bracknell, UK. We are building Qubi — a privacy-first AI toy for children aged 3–10 that runs entirely on-device, with no cloud, no internet requirement, and no data leaving your home.

This privacy policy explains how we handle the personal data you provide when signing up to our waitlist at qubi-toys.co.uk.

When you sign up to our waitlist, we collect:

• Your first name and email address
• Your child's approximate age group
• Your country and approximate location (via IP address)
• Your browser type and language preference
• Your answers to our optional survey questions

We use your data solely to:

• Send you updates on Qubi's development progress
• Notify you of our Kickstarter launch and early-bird pricing
• Understand what parents care about so we build the right product
• Estimate geographic demand to inform our launch strategy

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, given when you submit the signup form.

Your data is stored in Google Sheets, accessed only by the Qubi Toys Ltd team. Google's infrastructure is GDPR-compliant and your data is held within the European Economic Area.

We do not use any third-party marketing platforms, CRMs, or advertising tools. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties — ever.

By signing up, you agree to receive occasional emails from us about Qubi's development. We will not spam you. You can expect:

• Infrequent build updates (no more than once or twice a month)
• A Kickstarter launch notification when we go live
• Your early-bird discount code

You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email with "unsubscribe" or by emailing us directly.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:
